Driven by curiosity, I’ve always been passionate about technology, creativity, and the relationship between humans and machines. My love for solving complex problems has led me across diverse industries—gaming, finance, retail, SaaS, and AI—enhancing my problem-solving skills and fostering innovation. 👁️ Chapter 2: Maturing to Inspire, Connect and Mentor others

As my career has progressed, I’ve found myself increasingly drawn to stakeholder and people management. My supervisors frequently turned to me to bridge gaps with stakeholders, recognizing my knack for redirecting conversations to a positive flow. I became the go-to person for presenting new ideas, concepts, or product-related research. Leveraging my goal-oriented approach and people skills, I began leading small teams of UX designers and researchers, blending strategic oversight with empathetic and dynamic leadership.

🚀 Chapter now: Positive Catalyst through Leadership

My ultimate ambition is to act as a catalyst for positive change wherever I work, and I see leadership as the most effective avenue to achieve this. My leadership philosophy centers on empowering my team members towards self-determination, which I believe fosters a high degree of creativity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines. Self-determination stems from four key elements: competence, autonomy, relatedness, and meaning.

It’s my role as a leader to nurture these elements by providing ongoing training and learning opportunities, fostering an environment of complete trust, creating moments for social interaction and team building, and consistently communicating the purpose behind their tasks. In essence, I aim to embed the company’s strategic vision into every project, decision, and change, ensuring that my team understands and aligns with the broader goals we’re striving to achieve.
